“Nova Credit Non-Banking Credit Organization” Calls on the Public to Be Cautious

“Nova Credit Non-Banking Credit Organization” LLC warns about fake websites and social media pages created in its name.

A group of cybercriminals, aiming to illegally acquire financial resources, has created fake profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms that resemble the official page of “Nova Credit BOKT” LLC. Their target is citizens who wish to obtain consumer credit remotely through online pages. The cybercriminals, posing as representatives of the credit organization, contact these citizens via fake WhatsApp numbers, offering credit under favorable terms. After conducting a supposed analysis, they require the customer to make a transfer to them under the guise of a credit service commission, either through a card-to-card transaction or by sending a relevant web link. Once the funds are transferred to the card, it becomes impossible to contact the provided phone number listed on the fake pages.

To deceive citizens, the cybercriminals use fake documents in the name of “Nova Credit BOKT” LLC and publicly available information about the company’s registration with tax authorities to present false information to the customers.

“Nova Credit BOKT” LLC recommends that citizens be extra cautious in the online environment to avoid falling victim to such cybercrimes. Specifically, it advises not to click on links from messages sent by unknown individuals and to carry out any operations by manually entering the official website address of the credit organization in the browser’s address bar.

Additionally, it is noted that currently, no service fees are required from the other party when applying for online loans via the website or social media.

Citizens are also requested to inform “Nova Credit Non-Banking Credit Organization” LLC via email at [email protected] if they encounter such situations.
